Shipments entering the H-2 window. The worker re-checks ETA − current_date ≤ 2 days on schedule (TASK-025).
Scheduled flow (PRD H-2): Shipment → Schedule Arrive → Notification → User Confirmation → removed from pending schedule. Confirmation below is the manual step that closes the loop.

TASK-025 worker. The scheduler creates the pending-schedule entry and fires the in-app + email notification Shipment ETA H-2 (PRD §14) when the window opens. Confirmation is recorded with actor and timestamp; after confirmation the row leaves the pending schedule and the badge count clears. No realtime tracking — the window is computed from stored ETA only (Non-Goals §2).
