Pricing has no Shipment access (PRD §3.6 scope list).

Shipments

Lifecycle per PRD §6: Booked → Cargo Received → Departed → In Transit → Arriving → Arrived → Delivery → Delivered. ETA/ETD changes are gated and audit-logged.

Role scope. CS owns the operational workflow (TASK-022 transitions, TASK-023 ETA/ETD edits). Sales sees a summary of own shipments only (PRD §3.2, no vessel/booking detail columns). Customs sees shipment rows for its customs jobs. Finance views for payment coordination. Real-time vessel positions are out of scope (Non-Goals §2) — statuses are updated by CS or carrier feed, not a tracking map.

Update ETA / ETD

TASK-023

Saving writes an audit entry (old → new dates, actor, timestamp — PRD §15) and notifies the sales owner and CS.

New shipment booking

TASK-021 · linked to a Job Order

Booking starts in Booked. Container/BL numbers are added when the carrier issues them. Notification Shipment departure fires at Departed (PRD §14).
