Report boundary. H10 Financial Reports (P&L, revenue per service per customer) arrives in EPIC 11 (TASK-054..059) on the Reports module — this screen stays at operational finance level. SOA follows §11: customer + date period, invoices, payments, outstanding balance. All values come from the journal, not from screen-local math.
